The 6th Grade World Cultures classes at Henrietta Junior High finished their unit over Europe by creating travel websites and presentations on the country of their choosing. We had some amazing research done and found family history connected to our research!
Henrietta Bearcat Bands Christmas Concert will be on Sunday, December 15th beginning at 3:00 p.m. The concert is free but we are collecting food donations! Support the local food bank and drop off non-perishables at the concert. In addition, there will be a baked goods auction made by our very own band students.
The concert will take place in the high school auditorium. The 6th grade band will perform first followed by the junior high band and the high school band.

Henrietta ISD Community,
We’ve received several phone calls about a comment community members misheard on the radio earlier today. Listeners thought “pray for Henrietta ISD” was said, which caused a great deal of concern. I want to assure you that is not what was said, and there is no cause for concern. I talked directly with the person that was live on the radio station.
I appreciate the families who reached out to ensure everything was ok. It takes all of us to keep our schools safe, and I am grateful for our community’s continued support of HISD.
Thank you,
Henrietta ISD Superintendent
