TOMORROW!! You may park on the East Ikard side of the gymnasium and enter door A1. Doors will not open until 5:00 PM. We have plenty of supplies, so don't stand in the heat any earlier than you need to! Haircuts will stop promptly at 6:15 PM to allow for stylists to clean and gather their supplies and leave by 6:30 PM. Basic haircuts ONLY.

We are excited to get the school year started! Mark your calendar for next Monday, August 10 for Meet the Teacher. With a new building and new administration, please plan to attend one of the Parent Orientation Sessions prior to picking up your child's schedule.
Important information before Meet the Teacher and First Day of School:
Student Registration needs to be completed in order to pick up a schedule. We will have computers in the library and staff to assist if you need help.
7th grade students have required vaccinations. Students will not be able to attend school unless their shots are completed. You can email updated shot records to Kristen.Elliott@henrietta-isd.net. The nurse will be available at Meet the Teacher, if you would like to drop off your shot records at that time.

Beginning July 31, 2026, the My School Bucks program fee for cafeteria credit and debit card payments will increase to $3.75 per transaction.
Please note that Henrietta ISD does not profit from these fees. The fee is set by the My School Bucks payment processing service.
To avoid the convenience fee, our school cafeterias gladly accept:

Checks (payable to Henrietta ISD)
Thank you for your continued support!

8th grade Ag students finished off their wood shop unit by building and staining wooden trays. Students had to measure, sand, stain, seal ,and attach handles to their project. Mrs. Vicars is proud of her student's creations!
Today, we recognize Mrs. Browning, Mr. Palmateer, and Mr. James and Mrs, Marilyn at HJH for their years of service and retirement. Congratulations on this milestone. We will miss you and we wish you all the best going forward.
