Starting today, our track and football field will be closed for the summer. They are starting the removal and replacement process for the turf/track surface. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are excited to have the new surfaces ready for fall! This is part of the bond package that was passed in May.

On Monday our UIL students were able to go on a field trip to Castaway Cove. I would say they had some fun in the sun! ☀️ 🌊











Kids' PowerPaks will be available at the Clay County Outreach Food Pantry on Friday's from 9:00-10:00 am during the month of June.
Clay County Outreach is located at 211 N. Clay St. in Henrietta.

After completing a unit over "The Diary of Anne Frank" and the Holocaust, Ms. Mullen's ELAR classes were able to visit the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum thanks to grant provided by the Henrietta ISD Education Foundation.











After completing a unit over “The Diary of Anne Frank”, Ms. Mullen’s 8th grade ELAR classes engaged in a class mock trial. Each student was given an individual role on either the defense or prosecution side. All classes worked completed incredible work and had so much fun! 🤩

Students dress as teachers....and teacher dress as students. Coach Allen was a fan favorite and Coach Shelby was dress coded. What a great day at HJH!!







Ms. Baird’s 7th grade math classes competed against each other for the “Fortnite: Dancing on the STAAR” competition to prepare for the STAAR test! 2nd period won!! They were rewarded with a drink and treat from Sonic today!
