In Mrs. Wuthrich’s Career/Finance class, students learned about using a budget to save money throughout the year to use for Christmas spending. They also learned about different types of monetary incentives to help save money when shopping. The students earned classroom money during this six week period and after paying their bills, used their classroom money to buy treats to fill a gift sack for a someone else. They also decorated the gift sacks and made cards for them.
